We welcome all whove gathered for worship this morning, and especially greet Terry Shue, Director of Leadership Development for Mennonite Church USA, who is bringing the message. Terry will also meet with any interested during the Sunday School hour, offering an overview of Mennonite Church USA, observations about challenges and trends within the denomination, and be available for any discussion/questions.
Grace Hill Menn. Ch. is taking a bus to the KC Royals game on Sat., Aug. 6. Well leave at 2 p.m. from the Grace Hill Ch. parking lot and return after the game. Come to our annual Zion retreat at Camp Mennoscah on Aug. 13 and 14! We will be exploring some of the Moses stories. Camp opens at 2 p.m. on Sat., Aug. 13. We have access to the Cottonwood Building that has 7 rooms, the Sunflower Building that has 2 rooms with 14 beds each and 1 room with 6 beds, and the cabins. You are also welcome to bring a tent or camper and stay in that. We will have unlimited swimming. If it is very hot, we could swim more. What to bring?sleeping bag, swim suit and towel, river play clothes and shoes, a snack to share for late night games and visiting, a dessert, a Bible, and an extra change of clothing. Camp Mennoscahs annual Camp Sing is Sun., Aug. 7 at 6:30 p.m. at Grace Hill Menn. Ch. (rural Whitewater). Well sing camp songs and hymns and follow it up with popcorn and our traditional generic pop, celebrating an amazing summer of camps and wonderful groups!

The Mental Health Spiritual Retreat at Camp Mennoscah is Sept. 4-5. All who are affected by mental illness, including family and friends, are invited to attend. The theme is Courage in Community.
